アートコレクション作品｜入江早耶 薬魔地蔵ゴム版画

薬袋を消しゴムで消して出た消しカスから生まれた《薬魔地蔵ダスト》シリーズを、ゴム版画で御札のようにした、入江早耶さんによる作品。下の方には薬の名前が入っています。

昔の薬袋に描かれた縁起の良い動物やモノを再解釈し、アート作品として表現しているところに、共存の在り方であったり、温故知新も感じます。

入江早耶さんは消しゴムのカスを用いた立体作品を主に制作されていて、平面作品からは見守ってくれるような温もりを感じます。

This is a work by Saya Irie, titled “Yakuma Jizo Dust”, created by making rubber prints from erasing medicine packets and turning them into amulet-like prints, with the name of the medicine written at the bottom.

The artist reinterprets the auspicious animals and objects depicted on old medicine packets and expresses them as art pieces, conveying a sense of coexistence and a mix of old and new.

Saya Irie mainly creates three-dimensional works using erased rubber waste, and her flat works convey a warmth that seems to watch over the viewer.
