アートコレクション作品｜松枝悠希 「This is EXIT square 300」green

松枝悠希さんの非常口をモチーフとした作品です。

平面に閉じ込められていることが非常事態だと感じて立体の世界に脱出させたのが始まりの作品で、現状からの飛躍と、時には引くことの大切さの二面性が現れているように感じます。

学生だった2016年に初めて出会い衝撃を受けた作品で、当時はとても購入できなかったけれど、年齢を重ねた5年越しにコレクションさせていただいた点も感慨深く、思い出に残っています。

This is a work by Yuki Matsueda featuring an emergency exit as its motif.

The work began with the idea of escaping from a state of emergency felt by being trapped in a two-dimensional world, and it expresses the duality of the importance of taking a leap from the current situation and sometimes retreating.

I first encountered this work as a student in 2016 and was deeply impressed, but at that time I couldn’t afford to purchase it. It is a poignant memory that I was able to add it to my collection more than five years later with the passage of time.
